The gentle pace of life in the Charente Maritime region provides the perfect backdrop to our yoga breaks.
We believe in giving guests our time and attention and therefore restrict numbers to a maximum of four people.
Typical days will include yoga and meditation sessions and a country walk or optional visit to a nearby place of interest. Rates include all meals and yoga sessions. Food is strictly vegetarian.
The softer days of spring and autumn are the ideal times to enjoy a period of peace and relaxation but we welcome visitors throughout the year.
Our yoga breaks can be tailored to suit your needs. Guests usually stay for between three and seven days.
Yoga sessions are conducted by Martin Turner, a qualified British Wheel of Yoga, and Yoga for Health Foundation teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience.
